Yes it seems so. While the husband was recovering, he told her wife to watch over the teyvat. That's why she keeps slandering HP as if she is too close.
Also the only reason Alice is doing this is for Klee. Maybe they can't find a safe place for Klee to live beside from teyvat. So they settle there.

The most interesting thing about her is that she's a behind-the-scenes character who is incredibly powerful and influential, but also incredibly nosy and has her finger in a million pies that seem largely arbitrary, unconnected and meaningless. The second most interesting part is that she is goofy and whimsical and almost never gives a straight answer to anything even though she clearly knows much more than she lets on.
Her marital status is interesting in the context of her being a Genshin/Hoyoverse character that is (presumably) playable, but if she was in an ip that wasn't trying to just directly sell characters nobody would give a single shit about whether she's married or not, it would just be a normal part of her character.
The only story intrigue about her husband is that right now it's a mystery box; he *could* be a major lore figure, or he could be essentially a rando.

As much as I don't care if Alice is married or not, I'm getting more worried that this is going to be another situation where there was nothing really confirmed, people made a bunch of expectations and then got mad when things didn't play out that way. The only evidence I've seen that Klee has a father is like, one voiceline (and if he's a famous adventurer, why don't we know more about him?). Even if she does have a dad, it's never been stated Alice was married to him. And we know 2 other witches who have children but not through natural means, and who therefore do not have husbands. Like come on people
