I've been playing with a friend for like 3 hours Snowtrace, but we never seem to get Hunter even once. Is there some kind of Hunter restriction i should know about?
IIRC, the info page specifies that if you queue up as a group of THREE, you'll always be the rebels. Don't recall if the same applies for groups of two, though.

Match up in coop with less than 4 players = guaranteed rebels all the time
Its why you often see people cancelling a match on snowtrace, cuz friends trying to random match with each other since it gives them a chance to be a hunter
