Nope, just the Masters of the Night Wind chief. He's a special case.
DeadMemeDatBoi2026-01-01 20:56
Tupac was also a giant and he was from the springs tribe
A_Complete_Nerd2026-01-01 20:56
Oh
tyjz73_2026-01-01 20:46
He's meant to be like that. Same as there are cat-people in Teyvat, there are some giants.
PhyrexianRogue2026-01-01 20:48
Not all of them, but some of them are.
They also have short people, like Iansan.
Genetics are weird and fun?
ISwxllow2026-01-01 20:54
Ngl, I thought she was just a child.
DeadMemeDatBoi2026-01-01 20:57
During the teyvat trailer when the only revealed elves were klee and iansan i was real scared that all of them are gonna be short ff15 style. I think layla was the first tall elf lol
ISwxllow2026-01-01 21:03
Ooooh I see. I haven't done alot of Natlan, im just doing strictly Archon quests so I had no clue. Thank you very much!
leopoldshark2026-01-01 20:50
There are some giants in Natlan, like Biram and Tupac (former hero from the People of the Springs)
DonJesusus2026-01-01 20:52
Joestar-sama
Key-Scar-81832026-01-01 20:55
U can clearly see on ur own pictures that every npcs are normal sized except the one in the back so no natlan people aren’t giant that guy is just an exception
ISwxllow2026-01-01 21:04
I've done only Archon Quests. I've seen other games have a similar scenario where it was a bug with the modeling. And there's other characters like this.
Ravemst2026-01-01 20:56
I don't know why people keep thinking that this is a bug. In a game where gods, creatures of darkness, super smart dragons, people that can use the elements, a nation that has built robots and literal gumdam like robots, humans with animal features, the melusines, and aliens people can't believe that an actual giant could/does exist. It's not a bug and he's not the only one.
ISwxllow2026-01-01 21:05
I didn't necessarily think it was a bug, but it was worth the ask, considering I've only done archon quests. And even then, I've been kind of skimming through.
Boborano_was_here2026-01-01 21:35
If I were to guess... Because his design looks bland in contrast to other characters. It's true that we have some relevant NPCs that look like the average template, but he's more egregious because he's close to featureless. The other leaders of the Natlanese tribes do have a design that show they're special, but his standout feature is the lack thereof, so he's jarring.
Rowlettowlett1002026-01-01 21:01
Natlan just having giants-sized people like Biram and Tupac is probably a reference to the 5 Suns Creation story where under the first sun Tezcatlipoca, the humans created were all giants.
ISwxllow2026-01-01 21:06
Thank you :)
H0nkH0nk012026-01-01 21:13
In an alternative timeline: he's normal sized but has huge hands instead.
