Is Tartaglia worth building on my account?

So I have a goal for my account which is to eventually have most if not all (excluding brand new ones) level 80. I just came back for the Luna 3 archon quest and I’ve gotten Wriothesley and Zhongli up to level 80, which will be really good to have for the future imo. Next on my list is Tartaglia. This is my second account because my first got hacked and on my old one, I was a Tartaglia main. Listen, he’s not that good. I’ve known for a long time, even when I had that account I knew. And the fact I have a really good Neuvillette and (hopefully) a Columbina on the way, I feel like leveling him up would be a waste of resources. Seeing the character I have, is he worth investing in?

PS: I don’t find Tartaglia as fun as I used to especially now that I have Neuvillette.

Edit: all of my 5 stars level 80, not all of my characters.

Why not? All but 9 of my characters are level 80+. They are all at least 70. I have every 4* except Jahoda.

The OG international is actually goated in the first half of this abyss F12

Everywhere else though, the team will be lacking. You will need either new teammates (like Ineffa) to boost him up or wait and hope that they buff him.

you need more characters for theatre. this month uses hydro characters, get mona and yelan to 70.

Ascension Talent is technically good for a Neuvillette team. You wouldn’t play him at all, he would just be there for Hydro Resonance and Ascension Talent but it does improve Neuvillette’s damage. Obviously not better than Furina though.

just a tip that you can use the Hoyolab app to efificiently and easily share your whole character roster with more information and details like their constellations. Go to the globe icon at lower bar menu > select Genshin Impact > select Hoyo Guides > select Battle Chronicle > select All Characters

Childe isn’t good to build on anyone’s account unfortunately. Criminally bad unit. Makes me sad he’s one of my favorites
