First time trying arcana in lunar mode

I only put in 24 characters because the RNG in my first run was so bad - all of my DPS were benched; then this time I almost didn't have enough characters to get through 2 arcana's and act 10. They should make all the characters in the same element available whenever you get to pick one. If character RNG is bad, then the gameplay is bad, especially if you don't have many built characters (which is the case for me). The additional character buff is useless if you don't get the right characters per round.

Yeah RNG can be bad.

My strategy is to spend most of points of characters and after I have collected most/my strong characters, I then go for upgrades.

Also really try to save your good characters for bosses and the lunar challenges. You would be suprised how you can get away with using your 4 stars on the other rounds.

This is also my strategy as well. Whenever I do the Visionary mode it's fine since it needs less characters. My first lunar mode was really just a mess. I even try to pause and switch gears to my current IT team which is getting me far a lot of times.

I guess I just had a very bad luck this time. Literally every character options that I got are my worst ones which have sh\*tty artifacts. Then the refresh events also doesn't give me the companion option for the right element too, or even the invite. My second run was good because the RNG was good - I got to collect all of my strong characters and use them accordingly.

If anything, just having all of the characters with the same element will be fine in each companion invite. It kinda decides the game result if you're not lucky enough.

I managed to get every other electro character I put on the roster before IT was willing to let me get Flins for the lunar reactions boss.

The RNG is always the true test of patience here.
