should i pull anyone in 6.3?

so, i have 216 wishes saved up, 70 pity and on 50/50. firstly, i want to emphasize that i do NOT want neuvillette. i'm also currently saving for escoffier. should i grab someone in 6.3 or just wait for escoffier? or maybe go for multiple characters in 6.3 and rely on wishes that this patch will give us? please help ;-;

Columbina is always a great option when you have a Nod Krai unit such as Lauma. Ineffa is amazing too. Both are even better together a lot of the time. I'd recommend pulling at least one of those two. Sounds like you don't care much for Zibai.

i mean, i would appreciate having an another dps, since my dps options now are lowkey lacking (tbh, the only meta dpses that i have now are mualani and skirk), although i'm that kind of person that reaaally wants to have only few, but functional dpses and that dps must matter something for me (that's why i didn't pull for, let's say mavuika or nevuillette)

as for ineffa and bina - doesn't ineffa's value go significantly higher when you have bina?

Onfield Columbina is great in a lunar bloom team so you also have that option if you don't want her for support.

Yes but she also has very high value individually as an extremely versatile subdps + shielder.

If I was in ur position I would aim for columbina then all in on escoffia, basically will give u a full skirk team and a lunar bloom team to play with.

yeah, that's what i've been thinking about, i also have \~60 pity on weapon banner (i sometimes pull for c1 or r1 depending on how much will it bring to my team), i would have 3 meta dpses - mualani with hexerei buffs, skirk premium (no shenhe but no one should pull for shenhe lets be honest) and columbina lunar hyperbloom ig? and then i can wait for a 4th team in case stygian wouldn't be favorable towards me :c

mate, if you’re asking who to pull or if you should pull it means you don’t truly feel like you want any of the characters, you just want the feeling of pulling. now I’m not saying don’t pull but just based on the characters you have, getting neuvillette would make a lot of sense. I’m not saying you must but you already have Furina, his dedicated support and with Escoffier could make a freeze team with him and at this rate she should run in the next couple patches which also makes saving adviseable. unless you have a huge reason why you don’t want him other than the one you specified of only wanting a few main DPSes such as just truly hating his lore, design, etc theres more positives then negatives.

what??? no, i don't have any issues with holding my primos, the reason why i'm asking for advice is that i've been strugling with the recent lunar shill meta because i have so LITTLE 5\* limited characters.

i'm sorry but recommending neuvillette in the big 2026 is a joke. yes, he is versatile, but he won't guarantee me a stygian clear because his dmg doesn't really keep up with post-natlan dps checks. if he's so carried by other teammates, why get him instead of them? even when his team lines up with the current shill, he still struggles (remember the cryo boss in 5.7 stygian?). it's also very likely that he will fall off in the nearest future due to his dmg being quite lackluster and i'd rather have a character that will live longer on my account, even if it means less pulling.

wouldn't 216 be already enough to have both guaranteed for escoffier and columbina? especially including the rumoured 100 freemos in 6.3 (i'm fully f2p btw, never spent money on this shit game)

If your problem is being relatively new and thus having a small roster of characters, and is struggling with the nod krai luna based mechanics, then this is one of the best patch for you. Go for Columbina to make luna reaction with the rest of your non-nod krai Geo, Electro and Dendro characters. If you want a meta premium team, pull for Zibai in the second half of 6.3 and get an instant T0 luna reaction team; you’ll likely get Illuga too from the same banner which supports Zibai. (unless you’re insanely unlucky…)

Ineffer is also a great luna support for enabling and enhancing luna-charged reaction. Your Lauma makes it hard to go wrong with any character you can pull this patch.

Also, since you have Furina and Xilonen, even neuvelete can be a great option for another solid team; although he might be slowly falling behind the meta at this rate, but not in the short term.
