Obligatory "your favourite" and "whoever you'll use the most"
Mona C2 is decent, Wanderer C1 can be seen as a nice QoL, the rest are all pretty minor increases afaik.

i would go for one of the limited character you play more,
i would avoid standard characters without you really love one of them since after all , you get their constellations by losing your 50/50 anyway.

Cyno c2 is quite big
Hu Tao c2 is not
Mona c2 is kinda nice
Yae c1 just helps you burst more easily if not onfielding her, then it doesnt do anything
Eula c1 is good but id pass until something about her teams or physical in general improves
