Good enough if your AR is low. Once it's high enough to farm 5\* pieces you should try going for more crit rate (1:2 ratio of cr to cd is ideal)

You arent at the stage where you should worry about your build, revisit your builds only when you cant clear exploration/story content, you will only need to start building seriously at lv80-90 characters
save your fragile resin until you reach adventure rank 45, then after that you can work towards building a good set for him.
As for what to do after that, you build him Atk%/Pyro/Crit rate or dmg, depending on your ratio, the ratio should be for every 1 crit rate, you have 2 crit dmg.
