Whatever trial, judgement, recompensating to be had, both side would likely prefers to keep it between just them and not drag bystanders into it.
That said it also wouldn't surprise me if Zhongli just go straight into plea deal, Neuvi accept and the two just spend the next who knows how long writing up essentially a contract.
Mark discs for trashing. Filter by number of matched substats so you can trash all with no relevant substats. Trash up to 100 at a time.
When Ineffa (along with Citlali rerun) was released the 4 stars were Xingqiu, Fischl and Sethos.
I don't expect Xingqiu as he had rerun after that during Nefer/Furina's banner. And I also don't expect Sethos as he was on chronicles banner during Lauma/Nahida's banner.
But Fischl is a good candidate. Other than her I would maybe expect Noelle/Ningguang as they didn't rerun in a while and might benefit from lunar geo crystalize.
Other characters that didn't rerun in a while are Freminet and Razor. But I don't see much synergy between Freminet and Columbina/Ineffa. And I would expect Razor during Varka's banner. Even though maybe it would make more sense to put Razor with Columbina and Ineffa and put Fischl with Varka.
What are your thoughts?
Noelle or Ningguang would be great.
Also guessing that Phase 1 weapon banner will feature the Moonweaver series from Nod-Krai, with Mistleteinn Waltz in Phase 2. I feel like Fischl is almost certain to appear in Phase 1, as she is being attracted by all three of Columbina, Ineffa, and her signature Waltz bow.
Also,have you not pulled at all? You could have gotten a few five start, or rather, you should have gotten some 5 start in these 7 months with all those primos. You also can't be angry as if this is an important problem, the temper thyself event was for plates with a few older characters who could get the benefit of a free con by just logging in, you can't expect anything with such a relatively new account, and you haven't even wished for characters by the looks of it. Just start doing the quest and get the rewards, you can always change the choice before the event ends anyways.
You can't say I did not play enough, or with enough dedication, as my 60000 Primogem stash says otherwise. Probably 80000+ total, but I used some.
If you watched the live stream for 6.3 it was filled with the chat comments of Trash Version and thumbs down and middle fingers at the end.
You're view is what puzzles me, you seem like you are only looking at the negative side, I may even dare to say you're not even playing the game, you haven't pulled at all since you started, I doubt you're a tryhard who is able to clear content with the free character you receive at the start, with how old you're account is, you should've have gotten a few characters that are in the event, if you refuse to pull and decide to save every primo you get, that's on you, a 7 month old account should have at leat 2 to 3 Standart characters, and as I said earlier, monas constellation are very worth it, with the buff she just got, even more. Why would a new account need a push, the point of the event is to have the older players have something for the characters that they pulled and are now useless in current meta.
I have yet to see a single bad thing about this event, sure, people complained about the limited cast, but they clearly won't give a way free cons of all the characters of the game, all I see about this event are new player even old ones asking who should they choose to make the mist out of this event, you are the first one to badmouth this event this much, you don't even seem like a player with hoe you talk about Hoyo. Are you a masochist? To think so badly about a company yet still play their game for so long.
A free player has to be careful with how many wishes they make, and only wish on banners with characters they want. As such, I haven't made many wishes. It wouldn't matter in any case, as there has not been a single event banner with a Temper Thyself eligible character on it in the last 7 months.
The only standard character I have is Mona, whom I got for free via the selector. Naturally, I already got the Temper Thyself second Mona. On two accounts, that I made just to get two Monas.
You can only get 1 free character per account. If I am mistaken, please correct me. You mentioned above about being able to get two, but I think that's not right. You could have gotten another free character in 5.0, but that's more than 7 months ago.
You don't see new players complaining about Temper Thyself because they have been driven out of the game, either years in the past, or currently via insulting events such as Temper Thyself or Safe Engagement Training. There also aren't many new players who quickly understand how the game works and what they are lacking.
All Hoyo had to do was rerun Liyue Chronicled or rerun some Temper eligible characters such as Hu Tao, and I'd be satisfied. There is no good reason for them to block those characters from accounts that under a year old, except for angering new players.
The C1 for most characters you could pick there is not even that good.
You mentioned Hu Tao, is she someone you really want to get? Or do you want to get her just so you could claim the free constellation?
You are basically saying, you already missed out on a ton of things, so why do you care if you continue to miss more? New players care because we can't do well in the game if we are treated this way.
Hu Tao is someone that I really want to get, whether powerful or not, but it helps that Hu Tao is powerful, and also has a very good and essential C1.

Yes, looking back you've already missed a ton, so missing mostly useless constellations is just drop in the ocean and not worth getting worked up. You are still getting other rewards from the event and most likely you would also have a standard character you could get constellation for if you used some of your primogems to pull for characters.

Why is it that you can't do well? When I started during 3.2 there was no event like this and didn't have any issue. If anything you should do better as you have access to all the quality of life updates they added over the years.
Eg. You now get pink fates for completing parts of Archon quest, you don't need to do daily quests, claim exploration and other rewards using single button instead of doing it one by one, use 40 resin directly instead of converting it to condensed... All these little things will save you time that you can use to explore more and more quests, so your progression is much smoother and faster than it was for old players.
The biggest downside I see is that new players will get characters from regions they didn't explore yet, so they won't have natural access to their level up materials. I faced this issue too when I got Raiden as my first 5* just before or when I got to Inazuma. And then I needed to finish some quest to be able to farm the boss.
But they try to solve this too by unlocking few teleports and giving quick access to weekly bosses, so new players can quickly get there and build their characters.
Fully agree about the QoL updates in general. That's the one thing where veteran players could be upset and say the new players have an advantage.
Especially the 40 resin timesaver. That's one feature that doesn't appear to get talked about enough. I've probably farmed 3000 gold artifacts already, alone with just the Traveler at low level.
Not a big deal but the particular QoL things for AQ pink fates, I don't agree because veterans still got them retroactively. They'd be right to complain if they just didn't get them.
I don't agree about the drop in the ocean thing, and hoarding primogems for characters we actually want is an unalienable right that no one should criticize.
Like... if I had to guess they didn't run the Liyue Chronicled Wish because almost all of those characters are irrelevant now and wouldn't really encourage players, old or new, to swipe.
Thinking of the game as primarily a single player experience and ignoring all the other players is the best way of rationalizing this problem. But when there are primogems for doing events such as Imaginary Theater and Safe Engagement Training that newer players can't access for years, that is a problem. It brings back the rich get richer phenomena.
There's endgame content you will not be able to do yet in order to provide something for you to aim for as you build up your account.

Genshin is a very popular game and has a lot of players, but it and other pay-to-win gacha games have a terrible reputation overall. The vast majority of players only try the game briefly and quit, for good reason.
I wonder what you guys would be saying if Hoyo gave all new accounts 10 free Limited characters of our choice, while veteran accounts get nothing?
