That is correct, Barbara and Qiqi can revive anywhere while Columbina only in Nod Krai. In theory her much lower cooldown could be interpreted as balance to the fact that she is restricted in this area but the mechanics are done in a way that if you can defend / dodge / heal yourself well, you probably didn't use the revive since Inazuma / Sumeru. On the other hand if you are punching bag for monsters, even 30 seconds cooldown may not help.

By the end of the day, I would rather have passive similar to Zhongli or Ei that you can make weapons of specific type for a lower price. It would be still not very good these days but marginally more useful than having a resurrection which we won't utilize anyway.

I agree that from... "lore" point of view or... "what this character would do" kind of one it does make some sense considering what we know about Columbina so far and this part I like. It's just the kind of pain that in this type of games what we like is not always enough to carry us through the "content" generally speaking.

It also requires that character to be in the party for it to work. This one doesnt but it also works only in overworld in a specific location.

I doubt it. Castorice revives you in endgame while shes not even on the team. Its not the biggest deal, if the global passive gets you a clear you probably could've just retried and cleared with better rng anyways, but its a crazy quality of life tied to pulling for a specific 5 star. That's much worse than Columbina giving you a revive for the most trivial content in the game in one region only.

If there's no cooldown and she can raise herself, your party's basically immortal while in Nod-Krai.

I think it won't work on herself specifically but color me surprised in a few days if it will change.

The cooldown at this moment seems to be 100 seconds but again, it may change on the release date (low chance but it's not completely impossible).

EDIT - Since I was crazy enough to bring lvl 20 Columbina on the adventure I have tripped at some point, she has died and came back so it seems that it works on her as well.

I'm yet to test if it works on other players but probably yes?
