If they doanother Mondstadt chronicle, they don't actually have to do anything to Eula unfortunately. Albedo and Klee alone would boost whatever sales they're looking for.
Whether we get a End User License Agreement buff likely depends on if Varka is a Hexerei character or if he's bringing some kind of Knights of Favonius thing for her (and probably Mika).

Thankfully I have all Liyue units (I don't want Zibai since I own Navia aka my rock queen) but not the older Mondstadt units except for Venti. It's really sad that they weren't given any chances after the first chronicle banner and that's also my official join date as well.

They should just put mondstadt + fontaine as one CW banner. Fontaine doesn't have standard characters, so they can add klee, albedo and eula there. While they're not standard, losing to them isn't "amazing", but after the buffs it won't feel bad. Also for newer players who didn't pull old characters, they can lose to a character for which they can pick constellation for from event. So I think they could bait some players with this

My account is 7 months old with 60000 Primogems+ and I won't have a single eligible character for Temper Thyself this month. I've never gotten a single standard 5-star character other than 1 free Mona. Damn them, are they just trying to make fun of me? I won't wish for Columbina or any character I don't like. There have been zero Temper eligible characters on the event banners since I started. I am free-to-play and I will \*never\* pay them a cent for spitting in my face like this.
