Why is Neuvillette in Phase 2!!!!????

Now what should I do. I was already confused first planning for flinns in rerun so gonna get ineffa then planning for zibai so gonna get columbina.

Should I really get zibai or flinns or wait for units like varka or mauvika

I like columbina too her play style and will zibai really be great dps

So was gonna 1st get my neuvillette as his my 1st and main priority (it would have been so easy if he was in phase 1 i would have pulled him 1st then see upon others with left pull)

I m a new player and only have furina as my 1st and only 5 star charcter

I do have 260 wish will get 270 upto 6.3 starts

You can't expect to get 5x 5 stars in 2 patches. You'll have to compromise. I'd advise ditching a few so you can have complete teams for others.
Both Flins and Zibai want Columbina in their team, so you should only get one of them. If Neuv is your top priority just get him then. So you get Neuv + Columbina + Zibai, or Neuv + Columbina + Ineffa + Flins, upto you. Don't mix Zibai and Flins teams.

just get ineffa first then columbina... you dont need their signature weapons and perfectly usable at C0R0

EDIT: forgot to mention that ppl rank ineffa higher is because nodkrai teams have sustain issues.. only healer/shielder from nodkrai is ineffa and jahoda and flex spots usually taken by sucrose

i wanted it to be columbina and neuvi on first phase as i dont mind getting refinements for neuvi weapon while pulling for columbina weapon. and was also very excited getting more neuvi constellations but now i have to wait a bit longer

Zibai is looking to be the strongest in lunar reactions and she doesn't need 2 five stars to reach that point, unlike Flins and Nefer who will want both their dedicated support and Columbina.

The gap isn't that big though, so get the dps you want more. Flins is still up there.

To be clear Ineffa is also an amazing support even without flins. Columbina+Ineffa is looking to be one of the strongest wheelchairs in the game able to take any team over 100k dps.

But strictly for dps, Zibai + Columbina > Flins + Ineffa + Columbina iirc at least according to early calculations. But Zibai's team also depends on Illuga and I believe Gorou for optimal results, so take that into account, 4 stars can be cheaper than 5 stars but they can also be more annoying to get constellations of (but if you plan to pull for Neuvi anyway you are likely to get a few Illugas).

With your base 160 pulls and adding the ~70 pulls you can get during Columbina's banner and ~50 you can get during Neuvi's banner (so you can set those aside for him and use 50 before), you're looking at 280 pulls to build your team in 6.3. That's definitely enough to get 2 characters. And since Flins should rerun the patch after, you will have more primos for him by then. So you're not really restricted in your choice.

I'd say get Columbina, see how lucky or not you get, and depending on how many primos you have left a bit before the banner ends, decide then whether you would prefer Ineffa now and Flins next patch, or Zibai instead. Or, if lucky enough, both.

As I m a new player just with furina want some dps to clear the contents and easy game. Even considering future regions atleast they should not go power crept soon

As a new player I would probably go for Columbina + Ineffa + Flins because Flins will be relevant for a while and Columbina + Ineffa will make any non-flins teams relevant as well, while Columbina alone won't do that, so going for Zibai would mean only using Zibai.

Also since you have Furina and plan to get Neuvillette, you already have a pretty viable second team in the making. Neuvillette isn't as broken now as he was when he released but he's still top-tier and extremely easy to build and slot-in anywhere.

Neuvillette is my favourite character so definitely no doubt will get him but yeah I agree columbina with ineffa is great I heard a lot and flinns is cool too thnx bro for help

So finally will do 80 on both columbina and ineffa (hope to get both🥲) then 160 reserved for neuvillette

Also don't ignore exploration, if you're a new account you probably have lots of primogems left in the open world, if you have the time to play you can probably secure all of these characters.

She might only need one 5* - Columbina - but she wants C6 Iluga which is harder to get than the second 5*.

She wants Illuga at all but his C6 is not required. Some crit and some EM is always welcome but it's not mandatory, his usefulness is in his base kit, unlike characters like Aino (C6 or garbage).

C0 Flins and Nefer with their BiS teams (Columbina included) will be around 150k DPS. Zibai with C6 Illuga is in the 141k realms. Around 124k with only his C2. C0 even lower. He can be subbed out for Furina but then you need to use Xilonen as well, it's a bit different team, tough it calcs around 139k which is nice.

She needs something much harder to get than a C0 5-star, a C6 4-star. And sure, C2 Iluga is fine as well, but it's a *big* downgrade. Zibai with her perfect team will be around 140k DPS. Flins and Nefer will be around 150k. All are ofc stupidly strong but there is a gap.

Yup. 6.3 will break the roof for many. You still however need Inefffa for Flins and Lauma *and* Ineffa for Nefer to do this. Columbina+Ineffa will be very strong and the new shiny wheelchair for many, *many* characters.

I'm using Jello Impact's google spreadsheet. He updates it often based on multiple sources that do calcs (The Genshin Scientist, Flip and Zajef77). And while obviously no source like this is perfect he's usually quite reliable.
