Those are currently the most unique Pyro abilities of any other character.
At first I didn't see how Nicole being Pyro would fit, but after seeing this, it makes me excited to see what her kit will look like.

Assuming (no leaks, just my own speculation!) that Varka is coming in Luna 5 and Nicole in Luna 6, with Luna 4 and 5 giving F2P players ~160 pulls, you should have enough to guarantee them both at C0 unless you are currently at pity 0 and with 0 primos in your account.
