The skin will be available after act 7 so I assume it will be the same for the buffs as well

It already kicked after the quest. We got a base atk buff.

I wonder, it would be cool if based on the element, this special attack had different effects, it seems for pyro it is pretty much bonus dps, which will be most likely very nice if you are Traveler enjoyer like me and play with them often. But hydro could be like healing or something like that etc

notice he's doing it as the only member in the team. People seem to think he can't do I think himself but I thinks its a mistranslation and all you need to do is skill ult and then the special charged attack is available. could be wrong but seems strange to be so restricted for something that isn't that crazy.
