Hot take we deserve more explanations in lore from previous characters then new

EX:Zhongli,Kaeya,Scylla,Venti, ect ect

Idk about yall but I find it ridiculous that we get lore drops only to never hear any information about them until years later

Ex:Zhongli has so much lore behind him that they haven’t brushed on him possibly being a descender or from celestia the fact he remembers changed history, why can’t you name wanderer Morax, him being over 6000 years old and things that happen in the archon war, his past ect ect

I could do more for other characters but this is long enough. I get the hype of new characters new lore bc I’m excited for more flins lore but can we finish up previous characters first. I mean we’re most likely not touching Scylla again even though his lore and design are probably the best of all npc (my opinion)

Kinda a rant i understand not being able to put everything in one so u can keep surprises for later but a lot of things just feel forgotten

I'm pretty sure that characters like Kaeya and Zhongli are involved in the long-term plans and were always meant for long seeded reveals. Though I'm not sure where it's confirmed that Zhongli remembers "changes in history." Don't his voice lines get edited as well?

He does get affected but before Sumeru before Dev reveals memories manipulation shenanigans. Zhongli's first story is wanting Traveller as a witness to history. So, he knows about descenders, irminsul before the plot. So, him knowing about things even players didn't know back then might be a hint to him "remembering" like how Nahida preserves Wanderer erasure in the storybook.

I mean, all the characters you've mentioned seem on a much bigger scale than where we currently are. Zhongli and venti have always been hinted to know much more than we are currently involved in, as you said. They'll probably get more as we learn more and reach the vaster knowings about the world, same as kaeya. It'd be weird to give them lore now. Zhongli will probs get something in lantern rite, and venti when varka comes, but that still won't be the reveal you want until we actually reach the higher places of the world.

I do agree that there should be more drip for character stories. Sometimes it feels like Hoyo drips the story for a long time, then turns the tap off, then opens the flood gates. Right now the tap has been off for Zhongli and Kaeya for a hot minute. I don’t think Zhongli will get a full story resolution until the end much like venti. But I wish we knew as much about Zhongli’s origins by now as we do venti’s. I think Kaeya is also tied to the end of the game but it would be nice to get a little bit of him here and there. I doubt we will hear more about Scylla unless he and Neuvillette meet which is a shame.

Scylla was interested in talking with him at any rate.

Scylla is super cool. I wish we had more living dragons to talk to in the game lol. It’s a shame he had such a small story.
