Choosing lumine was the best decision I've made in the game. Not only is she super cute but interactions with male characters feel normal and not flirty while interactions with female characters feel wholesome and natural.

I'm shocked this hasn't been downvoted into oblivion. I will never understand why so many people are against having the option to switch. The argument I keep seeing is that it breaks immersion but Aether is almost always the sibling featured as the protagonist in promo material. It's immersion breaking to constantly see him portrayed as the MC and then see Lumine instead during the cutscenes. It always throws me off since I never play her in the open world. It completely takes me out of the game. People who are against the option to switch can just ignore it. I don't think it's an unreasonable request at all, especially when so many people have invested their time and money into this game. There are similar games out there that allow you to switch the MC so we know it's not impossible. It's a very small ask.
