If true I think I would replay Natlan Act 2 (the war part) from time to time with different teams and use the battles as "testing ground"

HSR has replays for dialogue scenes in additiont to the cinematics. There's no gameplay or combat though; it simply goes from one scene to the next. Since Genshin quest gameplay is usually instantiated in the open world, I doubt we'll be able to replay those over here.

Cutscenes I don't think is a stretch. They are already in the files, and should remain there as far as my knowledge goes. So that is just taking and replaying a video from already exsiting files.
But quests can I think just cause way too many issues on a technical level as opposed to replaying a pre-renderd video, which is probably why permanent events/replayable old events is not a thing (yet).

It might only be cutscenes, it’s just my interpretation as someone who also plays ZZZ since we can replay all quests, cutscenes and combat if we wanted to. Others say it might be like HSR only cutscenes so guess we’ll know when the version is released

EDIT: I play zzz and thought it might be the same (replay entire quest + cut scenes + combat) but I’m not sure if that’s what Genshin is going to do. If only cutscenes then still great cuz I’d love going back to previous cutscenes rather than watching them on YouTube
