Is the Neuvillete skin a 5 star one, if so, what are the animation changes?

I didn't find any clips in the 6.3 livestream showing the battle animations of Neuvillete's skin. Is it the same? Is the skin even a 5 star one to begin with, or is it 4 star?

Guessing 4* since they would have surely shown animation changes if they existed.

Why is it that only Diluc gets a 5-star skin, but Neuvillette doesn’t? 😭 It feels so unfair especially for a character like Neuvillette. Even though his skin looks absolutely amazing, it still being only 4-star just doesn’t sit right with me. 💔

Only Hoyo's marketing department could tell you for sure, but most players assume that Diluc's skin did not sell well enough to justify the extra development work, and so they shelved the concept.

I really don't get the logic behind testing on a standard 5star character **ONCE** and just giving up. At least test it on a limited character with high ownership rate like probably Kazuha or Xilonen (this is just based off yshelper data I've seen from last abyss. This could be different from actual data hoyo has).

Seeing as how even 4star MW skins have unique or at least uncommon animations, even those from the free gacha, I honestly don't see how they can't do the same for the main game skins.

I still have some genesis crystals from back when I still bought welkin and is just sitting there because the skins they've released so far have been pretty underwhelming. So far, I only got HuTao's. Diluc's was decent but I don't play him at all and something like Yelan's has higher definition compared to the original but I like the original outfits more even if they have lower pixels/polygons.

I think Mihoyo doesnt think its worth effort to make 5 star skins for this game so they stopped with Diluc.

They dont try enough to make skins look different from default one ( at least with colour, dont get the obsession with blue) so Im not suprised.
