I mean he revealed it openly...the Heavenly principals are sleeping....zobgli is 'dead' undercover,I get him. But I dont think the roumer 'the hydro sovereign has revealed himself' stayed in only Fontaine...Pretty much whole tentative knows with a high possibility....I just dont get why they make him deny it....dragons are proud creatures.....hiding ur identity...ain't proud...

Okay, I'm not shure abt the 4, but ik fir a fact that the first times the sovereign were mentioned they were called dragons, unless genshin pulls a monster hunter and goes with 'dragon is just smth with immense power that we can't categorize' its pretty obvious

I know he's a dragon.and dragon are proud creatures, I get he grew up under humans.but either they make it obvious that he's ashamed of his true nature(wich would be ridiculous) or they show his nature in away. Hiding ur identity is not proud

A massive part of his lore and story is that he was BORN AS A HUMAN. He has a human body, he doesn't have any wings or a tail.

So what? Mondstadt is inspired by Germany and the Netherlands and THEIR dragon is shaped like a sea slug.

Genshin plucks inspiration from all over the place. Neuvillette's constellation represents him, we know that.

And to add to that, your argument doesn't even hold water. Neuvillette is a Leviathan which is a biblical sea serpent. So not at all a "European dragon".

Dealing looks like a European dragon to me. 2 wings. 4 legs. Abd a tail. European dragons as in dnd do not have the rules of 'broad face, sharp teeth,bla bla' they can look like anything in any colour as lomg as they have 4 legs, 2 wings and a tail. Otherwise it's either wyverns(wich are dragons subspecies yet but in dnd they don't have fire) or millions of other subspecies.

Doesn't change the fact that he's stilla dragon😩 he got his powers bsck, in all logic media(and dnd) when a magical bring gets thier powers bsck, then gat thier true form(in this case dragon) and the features in human form. Neuvi literally does not have a dragon form or features, he never did, he isn't hiding it.
