Rule of thumb in Genshin: there are rarely ever any local specialties that more than 2 characters use.

Lauma and Nefer already use these, so high chance Columbina won’t.

The only time this isn’t the case are with Liyue and Mondstadt materials, as those regions have way too many characters. Dahlia and Zibai for example both break this rule.

Thus far there is only a single exception outside these first two regions, and that’s Sea Ganoderma (Mizuki, Yae, Kazuha). Even then, Inazuma is the next oldest region.

Remember for the future: they never make more than 2 characters ascend with the same local specialty *as long as* they can add a new specialty during the patch or there's still an open "slot"

They'll very likely not add any new Nod-krai characters that use the current existing local specialties. Unless the map is complete and every item is already used by 2 characters, which is unlikely to happen in many years

Don't know why people bothered gathering them for Columbina considering both Nefer and Lauma use it, and looking at past trends we can assume only 2 characters use each local specialty at most (iirc there's a FEW cases where 3 use one, but for new regions it's always 2) so collecting Moonfall Silver was always a meaningless endeavor.
