Some WuWa streamer who makes a career out of nitpicking Genshin was covering the patch that introduced the Hexenrei buffs, and said something along the lines of, "Genshin locks these new features behind quests. How do we feel about this?" Folks took this to mean that he was implying that it's outrageous to expect to unlock features of a game by playing the game and roundly ridiculed him by meming it up at every opportunity.

Nah, the thing that pisses me off is the 500 primo you can only get from doing the AQ when it releases and locking too many primos behind the struggle modes IT and Abyss while events barely give any.
