What are good teams for Columbina using my characters for when she drops? If I'm lucky enough to get her first 50/50, I plan on trying for Ineffa if that helps

but you can cope with Varesa, Iansan, Jahoda, Columbina.
I would pull Zibai after Columbina so you can play her properly and skip both weapon banners to get enough pulls.

The Columbina teams that you can build now are really cope. Columbina, Ineffa and Sucrose is a good wheelchair team, but you also lack a driver for that team.
So maybe get Columbina if you like her and if you dont get Ineffa, save up for Lauma, so you can play her with Nefer later. If you get lucky and get and Ineffa, it opens a lot of possibilities for teams, but I would still save up for Flins.
