Has genshin started casting characters in chronicled banner only after 1 rerun?

Hello guys. I heard from content creators that Columbina-Ineffa is pretty strong duo and can turn any DPS into a great one. But Hoyo cooked my f2p soul by putting Ineffa and Columbina together in first half and locking the free 20 wishes in the second half. So, I will only be able to get Columbina this time. As for Ineffa, will she ever have a rerun again or will she be casted to the non-guaranteed Chronicled? Pls feel free let me know.😔

You will get most of the 20 free wishes in banner 1. the mail starts on 1/30 while zibai banner starts 2/3

Even if she's on a chronicle, they're just as guaranteed as on a normal banner, 50/50. But she'll get reran don't worry

Chronicles relaxed the requirement to just one Rerun a while back in order to get Shenhe onto the Liyue Chronicle.

That said, Nod-Krai, Natlan, and probably Fontaine characters will likely still get non-Chronicle reruns for a while yet, as the characters are still popular and powerful.

It's also silly to consider Chronicle "non-guaranteed" if your goal is to acquire a specific character. Chronicle and Limited Banner have the same 90 pity and 50/50 chance - if you don't save up enough, your chance to fail to get that character either way is still the same. The "guarantee" you get from the Limited is cold comfort if the next rerun on the character you actually wanted could be more than a year away.

Play it safe. If you're serious about getting Ineffa, save your wishes as though her next banner IS a Chronicle banner. Lock in, save 180 wishes, and sit on those wishes until your chosen character comes.

So far it doesn’t look like they’re locking characters to just one rerun before chronicled. Feels more like HoYo experimenting than a hard rule, so I wouldn’t stress yet

The rule for Chronicled wish is that a character needs to have 3 solo runs (initial release, and 2 re run banners) to qualify

She will have at least 1 more solo run before being eligible for CW
