Typical Vaporise carries can play OverVape, Electro or Hydro carries can work decently in a LC team (except Mualani maybe), Ineffa can also be a solid Hyperbloom trigger. Chasca, Wanderer, Venti+Mona. Even in Overload or Quicken with no LC, she's a solid Electro shielder (though kinda wasted in a team without at least some LC procs)

Nuvilette is kinda old now and is not S+ dps anymore but colombina is not enough on her own. She improves lunar reactions so you’ll need lunar dps like flins,nefer or Ziba(or any future LC dps like)

Zibai looks like she is gonna be a strong core with columbina but in general, ineffa/bina will be better in general

From what I can tell, the Columbina+Ineffa core seems too good to pass up, both in strength and flexibility.
Then again, I am not sure how good Zibai will be, nor her best team. You should probably wait for more information.

zibai team will do mroe damage but Ineffa can slot in to a wider variety of teams (though not to her full potential). Would say overall Ineffa, but if you're not interested in Flins, she'd lose some of her value.
