I kind of get what you're saying but the style is completely different (like the other person said they're outfits from different time periods), and from the bits we can see what he's wearing underneath his coat and this don't match at all.

Its a regal aristocrat blue suit into a more modern blue suit.

They could have given him an altered color pallete or a white robe with accent colors or something that felt majorly different.

I would have went ham for a 5 star skin with a purple suit and unique purple abyss water spray.

That said, people dont realize that the backside of this skin is the actual cool part. It'll be cool to have him on screen, its just the frontal view thats boring.

It's nice, i'm tired of all the blue but he's one of the few where a non-blue outfit would be odd. I haven't seen the legs but I hope he keeps the same thigh high boot style, it's such a look. The hair on this skin is gorgeous though!! Overall, a decent 4 star skin.
