It means 2 rolls total in chosen affixes, you got 2 in Crit DMG, works as intended.

Oh, I see. I thought that it meant at least 1 roll in each affix, thereby making 2 rolls in total.

(I'm dying of cringe.....all this time I got at least one roll in the selected affix, each time I used it, so I thought I was supposed to get those rolls.)

The 2 remaining rolls were completely random like usual artifacts, you were just unlucky, especially in ER which is a dead stat for Skirk. Wish you better luck next time.
