So where are they now ? Dottore breaks they sky and they still dont do anything.

Plot twist: it's all part of the plan.

They probably have a rough idea of Teyvat's Fate up to a certain point

How do we know they don't do anything? Is the story out yet?

Rerir was not shown in Luna 1 trailer and Dottore was not shown in Luna 3 trailer.

Who's to say they won't show up in the main story while being hidden in the trailer completely?

It is pretty obvious, that Dotore will be defeated by some form due to the shades. I mean come on, if he is actually having the power of all tree moons, which btw. were so powerful, that nibelung tried to defeat HP with it, the has to be pretty undefeatable. I doubt traveler is able to do much here, as if he ever has done something. Sandrone slapping him will probably tickle him, but that is it. So unless the make a really unsatisfactory ending, the shades will probably do things here.

And my guess is, that it is actually also hinted at, since Alice is pretty pissed about him. I wouldnt be suprised if she calls Rheindottir and says "Whoop his Ass, or I sent Klee!" And all the shades, fearing for the future of teyvat, will stop him.

Have you considered that Dottore is merely a fall guy, a pawn for fate and he has done exactly what they (the dubiously loyal Shades) want?

I know right, they only know to intervene when it is time to deal with kaenri’ans(capitano), or when a poor snake god reads lore(orobashi), but when it comes to a mad scientist who opened the sky and is breaking every rule of teyvat and is doing too many problem and is challenging their authority ? Meh no body cares
