Who would you like to be the first 4 to 5? ⭐ And why is it Noelle?
Genshin is the only game from hoyoverse, (that I play and I'm aware of) that hasn't remade a 4 start into a 5 star. I do really wish that the first one ever is Noelle as a knight of favonious, with her gameplay and abilities broken AF.

I honestly think, that there will be a mechanism, which lets you turn 4 Stars into 5 Star-Versions at some point. This is common in other Gachas. But I honestly think, that the whole Arc of Noelle is hinting at this possibility and she will be one of the first, with her story being, that she finally joins those gosh darn Knights.
Xiangling and Gaming are pretty much 5 star already.

if for example you had a target with all 4 of those elemental resonances and used venti ult, it would absorb the pyro. if no pyro, then hydro, etc. works like this for all the elemental absorption based abilities and i'm sure more mechanics

... Also she has higher mov than Mavs NS and can run the fastest rotation possible. Her stone rocks has surprisingly high multipliers and now you have finally a Geo reaction buff.
I'm betting she'll have a resurgence.

Ninguangs head black ops yelan 5 stars
but some how ninguang 4 stars, and the cherry on top keqing 5 stars who holds the same rank as ninguang.
Meanwhile Itto the bum (affectionately) is a 5-star.
Yanfei is also a half illuminated beast and would be eligible to sign a contract with the Rex Lapis, but her father and her chose not to. 4-star. The species of a character has no bearing on their rarity.
And she has no actual NA string lol; it’s all the same NA (which tbf can be an advantage since you don’t care about your NA strong being interrupted). Overall, she needs more ways to get Star Jades faster; that’ll really help her dmg.
And heck let’s just change her to either DEF or HP scaling atp (why not both), since being an ATK scaling geo character is not great in this day and age (unless you have ways to really pump up your numbers like Navia), as it limits synergy with other geos. Gorou can’t even buff her till C6, for example. Her Jade Screen scales with HP so it could be an interesting ranged atk shield, and would give her synergy with hydro units for Lunar-Crystallize.
Oz is there too, and he has to be the one to talks nonsense to make up for Amy behaving.

Did you even actually play those games that do this? The existence of 5\* versions of the characters almost always stem from the lore. That's the main point.
But even if this wasn't the case and it was just a dumb and lazy cash grab, I repeat: you don't have to pull for them. Why are Genshin players always so opposed to completely optional features that wouldn't affect them in the slightest?
Either way it isn't happening in genshin so the point is moot.
And yes, I play both zzz and hsr, and played hi3, this style of banners of just re releasing the characters is always lame.
Except they aren't gonna be completely optional features, since they will steal a spot from other, more unique characters that actually deserve a rerun.
Let other Hoyo games re-release their characters and handwave that lame shit away as being an "expy" or an "evolution" of a 4-star character if their lazy bumfucks team is enough to satisfy your low standard, but I'm glad they're not doing that shit here in Genshin.

I much prefer buffs. The hexerei buffs were great. All the units feel new and fresh _for free_. Give us more of that please.
Lisa I also think seems like she's being set up to have a connection to the Hexenzircel and seems to have a lot of hidden potential power we haven't seen yet
-Her elemental skill creates a shield that lasts for 12 seconds and buffs party members’ damage based on the amount of shield Durability (Something like 40% Noelle’s Defense at max shield hp).
-One of her talents will decreases enemies’ Geo resistance by 20% when they get hit with a crystalize reaction. Also, picking up crystalize shards can repair the shield, extend the shield duration by 1 second, and trigger another talent that heals all nearby party members by 180% of her defense when the shield is active, making her a good support for Geo teams.
-Her burst lasts for 10 seconds and summons a giant sword that spins around to sweep enemies, similar to ororon's burst. It deals geo damage based on her defense and groups enemies to the center.
-Her first constellation causes her shield to pull nearby crystalize shards toward your character

-Her normal attacks are 20% faster than the original but deal 10% less damage. When her normal attacks hits an enemy, it creates 1 Jade Reserve. (She can have up to 5)
-When Ninguange uses a charge attack while in possession of Jade reserves, it doesn’t consume stamina and deals 300% more damage and fires off a Jade Reserve that deals 180% of her attack. If another party member uses a normal attack, it will also release a Jade reserve, making her flexible as an off Field dps
-Her elemental skill creates a spherical Jade Mirror that floats in the air. When enemy projectiles hit it, the mirror deflects them and hits the enemy back. Your characters’ ranged attacks deal 20% more damage when they go through the mirror.
-Her burst unleashed a giant crystal ball from the air that deals aoe damage, similar to Zhongli’s burst. At talent level 1 it deals 650% of her attack. If there are Jade reserves when you use her burst, they get destroyed and the burst deals 20% more damage for each Jade Reserve that was destroyed
-She has a talent that buffs the damage of Catalyst and Bow users in your team by 10%
-She also has a talent which makes your active character get healed by 80% of Ninguange’s attack when a Jade reserve disappears

-Her elemental skill lasts for 20 seconds and creates 4 task components that take the form of tiny cute creatures and gives your party members different rewards when you fulfill them.
- Task 1: Strength - Complete by dealing damage to an enemy. The reward is a lasso that periodically deals aoe electro damage around your active character for the duration of the skill
- Task 2: Efficiency - Complete by sprinting. The reward is a 15% increase in movement speed and attack speed for the duration of the skill
- Task 3: Labor - Complete by taking damage. The reward grants continuous healing for your active character for the duration of the skill
- Task 4: Cooperation - Complete by switching to every party member while the skill is active. The reward is a 10% elemental damage bonus for every element in your party for the duration of the skill
- When all your tasks are completed, Kuki’s EM increases by 20% for the duration of the skill
-Kuki's burst deals instant aoe electro damage and she goes into “Helping Mode” for 15 seconds. While helping mode is active, when your character uses a skill or burst, it will trigger “Swoop in”, dealing Aoe electro damage based on Kuki’s EM and reducing enemies’ elemental resistance by 10% for 3 seconds when it hits them

\*Beidou (honestly one of biggest lore-wise robberies, as she is OP in lore, decent in-game)
\*Lisa (we know she gets strong when actually trying, so...)

I would also say Ningguang, but since we are getting Zibai and she has very similar vibes, it wouldn't make sense for her to become a 5 star.
