i have two genshin accounts on two different servers but when i try to log in on the ps, it only lets me get on the EU server and not my NA account. i don't know what to do and how to fix it💔
The server that the game connects to is based on the region of your PSN account. If you have both saves on the same hoyoverse account, there's no way to play both of them on your PS5.
If they're on separate hoyoverse accounts, you'd have to link the NA one to a PSN account in the Americas.

I have two different PlayStation accounts. One set in the Europe server one on another so I can both my main and alt account. One account can only have be associated with one psn with which server you have chosen on Genshin.
