Does anybody uses Atak % circlets?

I have a Cinder city circlet with main stat: Atak %

It has 52.1 cv, thus i was wondering if i can find any use for it? Om-set or Off-set

Iansan uses attack pretty much everywhere and cinder city is her set

I believe this is indeed the best use for that Circlet. It's literally what she'd normally use to begin with. But if OP still wants a few more options, ATK scaling healers that don't do much damage anyway can use it. Like, Jean, Charlotte and Qiqi.

Iansan or Shenhe maybe, but she wouldn't care about Crit DMG, only Crit Rate for Fav.

Generally no character actually WANTS an ATK circlet, but if your options are limited a great ATK circlet is better than a terrible Crit circlet with no good rolls.

I think you are mistaking ATK% goblet with ATK% circlet

None of these units in the DPS section you mentioned want an ATK% circlet

Ayaka, when balancing BS, Shenhe, Iansan especially thats perfect she has really good burst damage for a support focused character.

Raiden no sig weapon.

Her passive gives her a whole ass electro goblet based on her ER so you can get away with a good atk% one and deal more dmg still lol

Her weapon changes that because of its buffs.

For hats I think Ayaka is a good one for kinda of similar reasons; too much of one stat, in her case is crit rate so building her with a good atk% one with enough crit dmg and crit rate will result in a better build

But then again, ayaka vs anything that doesnt freeze is... Oof

Iansan, xianyun, amd shenhe are the go to. Other than thet any main dps character that you don't have a crit hat for.

My Ineffa is on an atk% circlet because it rolled perfectly. Gives her a bigger shield too.

Skirk and coffee can use attack circlet if crit split is decent and they use cryo damage goblet, I think it is a bit worse than crit circlet but when the attack one has 52 CV...
