He is not wrong sadly.... Kokomi is not that good anymore and because her constalation can be earned for free her Re-run will take some time.
Maybe IF she one day get buff with other older Inazuma chatacters, then they maybe put her in banner.
Anyway for sure there will be Chronicle banner again at some point.

She will probably run on the next Inazuma chronical wish banner. The last one was.. 8-9 months ago? So there’s a chance there could be another one in the next 6 months or so.

She is also a character that is subject to a chronical wish, she just appeared on the Sumeru banner in October.. we probably won’t see her again until fall 2026 at the earliest.

Maybe the next Inazuma Chronicled wish? Probably with Raiden's rerun like last time after the Mondstadt and Liyue Chronicles again. Or when Inazuma gets buffs (which might take a while). So maybe late 6.X if we are lucky. HTH

No chronicle wish has had a rerun yet. The first was nearly two years ago.
I don't think Kokomi will rerun until 2027, or possibly never again.

It's going to be awhile. She's been relegated to Chronicled Wish banner, which so far goes by region, and no region has re-run yet. We usually hear rumours of Chronicle banners a patch or two before they arrive so you can have time to save. I'd guess we won't see her until fall at the absolute earliest, but don't be surprised if we don't see her until 2027.
Ignore those who say she's not good. I love to bits my Kokofish. Every time I think about benching her, a new character comes out to make her relevant again. I currently use her in a Lauma, Ineffa, Nahida Hyperbloom. She's also my go to character for co-op (I like playing healers).
