Hi. This issues started when I attempted to log in and redeem the live-stream codes; the website said “account or password error” even though my password and E-Mail have always been the same used, and I tried again and my account was frozen for twenty minutes for too many wrong attempts.

The same thing happened when I tried to log into the actual game—it said my login had expired when I had just played the game yesterday, and it froze my account for another twenty minutes after another wrong attempt. The same thing happened after resetting my password. Does anyone know what the issue is, or how to fix it?
