Im pretty sure its when someone refunds primogems you spent. You'll get banned if you dont make that number back to zero or smth

Oh I think I did that some time ago or something. Because of money issues. I’ve put in a lot of work into this game. If I pay for primos will this negative balance go away. I got some Apple moneys for Christmas

Yeah, 1k primos isn't *that* big. If you just came back then I am pretty sure you can clear the negatives with a day or two of exploring

If buy primos and make the balance positive again then you're fine. You could probably even do it with some exploration and quests. I can't remember how long they give you, I think it's around a week.

Your account has probably being linked with a fraudulent purchase of Genesis crystals. I'm sorry to say this but if you do not resolve the debt your account can be suspended or permanently banned. Or purchase currency/Genesis crystals have been reversed. In short, yes, your account will be banned if the balance does not become positive again.

I’ve had -50k primogems that took a year of exploration to clear. They literally do not ban unless you’re refunding your entire purchase history

if you can earn 1051 primos in a week or so, you can clear the debt and won't be banned.
What likely happened is either you reversed a transaction or your credit card or bank reversed it for you.
