Hoyo really needs to stop putting enemies that are completely invincible for 7-10 seconds at their new phases on challenges that require tight time limits to be completed on.
The challenge is already tough enough as is in boss enemies, but now you add enemies that completely waste time during their phase transitions and we cant do no damage

pretty easy
Sac for Sacrificial serie, weapons which have chance to reset skill CD so you can use skill twice, and since skills are the main source of energy particles, you'll get double too.
So if you can't damage/hit anything, you can't get energy.
"proc" possibly means (or used to mean) "programmed random occurrence." Basically, when something has a 40% chance to happen, when it *does* happen, it's because you managed to "proc" it. It's possible the definition being "programmed random occurrence" is a backronym, an after-the-fact redefinition, rather than the actual source of the word, but I knew it as such long before I heard people using "proc" to mean things that are just... what happens.
I know someone who uses "proc" interchangeably with "use," as in "proc so-and-so's burst" (when said burst has no probability elements involved), and it kills me inside. You *use* a skill or burst, a weapon's randomly triggered function *procs*.
Maguu Kinky: "Come on bros, this is part of my charm!"
Takes centuries to wake up but you can damage him to proc fav and restore some energy while taking only 10% damage
it's barely inconvenient and i had zero issues when it was in the rotation
similar thing happened when i first fought a ruin guard, first kill against one was by cheesing it with amber
Search Imaginarium Theater Electro Regisvine if you want to know more.
IT rotation on current and recent version feels way easier to manage for me.
Burst + skill + ca during its lowered-head beam move would rip through the electro shield like paper
To increase the DPS required.
If he would have 70s animation his HP should be like 100k only
I SEE myself hitting the bastard, I don't care if they make it so that he receives like 99% decreased damage during his startup, but can my hits at least fucking register instead of phasing through him for no reason?
They can either make them take damage or start the timer after they start attacking/take damage
Wenut usually has to cycle through 5 semi vulnerability phases before the orb cycle where you get the chance to shred and hard down it.
As wenut is slow it spots it will take ages to complete 5 cycles and so skips 2 of them to try to “catch-up”.
The catch-up over corrects so you reach the down-state faster.
I believe it should extend the down-state by 15-20% but I’ve not personally tested that bit.
Aside from pure cryo comps, slotting diona into a hyper/quickbloom comp gives enough cryo to force the two-cycle override. Just remember that the key is having cryo element on the wenut during the first few cycles, so I don’t recommend pyro unless you’re happy to hold them in reserve for the down-state (mauvika/burgeon)
Knuckle Duckle is invincible twice as long *while* also having a reaction check *and* also still has like 25% more HP than Kinky despite being in an earlier chamber lol, i'll take the "essentially has 8 less seconds on the timer" boss with no other restrictions any day.
Edit: also I should have mentioned, by cutting it close on time I didn't mean cutting it close to passing altogether, I meant cutting it closer than I would have liked to getting the star on the challenge. If my goal was just passing the floor she cleared just fine, but I aim for 12 stars.
Though Arle probably isn’t the best character against that shield. You preferably want someone who applies strong pyro often
My overall point was that mr kinky was definitely far from the hardest boss this theater considering arle with c6 bennett, c3 mona and my friend's c0 ineffa cleared it in roughly 30 seconds iirc yet it took them about 50-55 against the landrover. Mechanical array was also a pain in the ass solely bc it forces you to take time due to it's invincibility after the 50% health mark (unless you one shot it before it reaches that mark) and then forced you to wait for enemies to spawn and to fight and kill the correct one to disable it. Doable, though, just irritating lmao
For what it's worth, make sure to track what Bosses you have in Imaginarum and plot out what characters you'd use to deal with them. It's annoying but it goes a long ways.
This theatre I made sure Ineffa and Aino were on deck for Knuckle Duckie. And had either Mavuika or Arlechino for those two Pyro affinity asshole bosses.
So far it hasn’t changed much, but I do feel better afterwards.
I struggled because of the invincibility in abyss, back in the day
Luna IV starts on the 14th of January
And honestly it's IT, the last boss is probably the easiest one. Just let the buffs carry.
Not those bosses with shield mechanics. These bosses are harder for me
^(I wish we did get an Endgame mode with no Timer, or atleast some way to counter these Invincibility, in-game like the Local Legends... but yeah no.)
I rather fight Papilla, Cryo mech dragon, Herra, or any other boss with shill mechanic instead of wasting time doing nothing
So either they make the enemies OS you, or you won't have any sort of difficulty clearing the endgame.
At some point, endgame is supposed to be more difficult than the rest of the game, if you don't like taking part in it, just don't play it. You'll be very fine.
If you're missing 3*, you're only missing out on 100 primos per month, not even 1 pull.
I think that’s how to compensate for wasting your time for those 7-10 secs which I think is fair, but I do get how you feel
one of these two solutions needs to be done.
I think that Aino's stupid duck is the worstest boss in this theatre, Thank god I had Flins...
His other three cousins already exists and spawn standing up ready for combat. Why not do the same with this one?
I really hate that mechanic when juggling Fatui mages then use burst (I use 4pc Shime so I can't use burst immediately)
So it would just be the same.
It's the only IT I couldn't full star so far because the timer is just a blatant lie. It said something like 90s but actually you have ~65 because it stops doing the mechanic there and stalls. Some other bosses also have unfortunate mechanic timings that can make them trigger right at the end of the timer bricking your run.
At least until Maguu or the Maguu brothers get added to Stygian.
I've accepted I'm not getting full clear rewards for Genshin endgame content.
If the invuln windows were removed, the time limit or health pool would change as well to keep the difficulty consistent.
