Suggestion on who to pull?
Currently at 30 pity (guaranteed)
Will probably only have around 75 pulls after this patch
I would really love to guarantee me myself an Escoff but i also want Bina and Ineffa. As much as i can, i want to get all 3 of them, and would want to know if it would be possible for me to do so? I only buy welkin and nothing else too. All explorations and quests are all done too btw.
So should i go for Bina or Ineffa? or just get both. But i really want to make sure i get Escoff soon since i heard she's coming back in a few patch. Honestly Zibai is also an option as well. Idk who to pull and what to do but i'm honestly asking who would be the best one to get for my current account.
Right now i only have Flins as my nodkrai character and would really love to get both Ineffa/Bina. Would want to know who to use my guarantee on and who to wait for their next banner? I hope luck is still on my side this time around as 80% of my standard chars are from standard banners only as well.
(I stopped before start of Fontaine and came back on Skirk's banner, which is why i have that questionable characters haha)
Also would want to ask which cons to get for on the next free cons event? I just got c1 shenhe from last time idk whose cons to get next. Would grately appreciate the suggestions.

Pull Columbia if you want more Lunar Reaction gameplay.
After that try test your luck on other character.
For Ice-Coffee, you can wait and see since it's not 100% sure she will rerun yet and you have time to collect those primo and pull while you wait. (Lantern-rite free pull in 2nd phrase of 6.3 and rumoured new region in 6.4)
PS. The Lunar Festival will bring a nice amount of pulls. 20 new year freebies + lunar event rewards + regular gameplay will give a fair lot in total.
Basically means like on their prerelease Ineffa and Lauma legitimately dont care about NK stuff at all they are crazy by themselves.
Durin, Sucrose, Aino, Ineffa pops tf off. Thats just one random team in a gluttony of them
Columbina is very much balanced around both. Nefer and Columbina no Lauma is basically Fontaine levelish and way behind Nefer + Lauma
I've looked at all the calcs. Its absurd how all of it is self contained with either or.
Also Columbina will rerun sooner than Ineffa.
Means to say you 100% can play Columbina without Ineffa in a Flins team but is there a team you can put Columbina in outside of that? Not particularly close in regards to Ineffa just going in anywhere (fwiw Ineffa got calced the highest in Zibais 4th slot) Bina is basically a more restrictive and less sustained Ineffa but scales way higher as a MDPS with either or as the condition (see how everything comes back to the two real MC of Nod Krai) which to me is where her true value lies in the both combined dynamics. Still won't be as good as Nefer or Flins at their highest point but it isnt far behind and those two aren't versatile at all.
That's no slight on Columbina because if they pushed her further to be more generalised it would just make Ineffa and Lauma even more broken as is.
As for cons.. Yae legitimately will be the best old electro dps in the game with Ineffa and Columbina as it turns out shes the most synergistic. And that team by virtue of existing will scale through time with cons (funnily enough that team calcs higher than Flins + Ineffa) Fischl got buffed but for on field Yae Miko legitimately has now a good argument on the old debate which is crazy to think about honestly.
Obviously not as much as Mualani because c2/c4 Mona is cracked but still its free.
In all honesty looking at Nod Krai objectively anybody only really needed Lauma or Ineffa or both, Columbina is just the turbo to the r32.
Verdict: Pull for Ineffa, makes the most sense for you as Flins Haver
I'm also guaranteed for Bina but I can lose 2 50/50 in a row for the other two if I'm unlucky... I need at least 300 wishes.
Is it doable on 2 patches (I'm a Welkin buyer)
