Can a new player guarantee both Columbina and Ineffa?

Hey everyone
I’m pretty new to Genshin Impact and I really want both Columbina and Ineffa. I just reached Sumeru in the Archon Quest and I currently have 41 pity and 130 wishes saved up. Do you think it’s possible to guarantee getting both of them before the banner ends? What should I do or focus on to make that more likely? Any tips or advice would be super appreciated! Thanks in advance!😊

Unless you want to put money into the game you’re going to have to choose one, you need 180 wishes to guarantee one 5 star if you fail the 50/50

yes, as a new player you have plenty of sources to farm enough for both but will be A LOT of time consuming. I'm talking about 6 to 8 hours daily for the next couple weeks at most, probably 3. Good thing you have a month until their banner ends so I guess maybe 4h a day would be enough? Good luck, hope you get both.

Pull? Yes. Guarantee? Probably not but you will get close. The chinese new year will bring 20 free pulls and the Lunar event itself will give some as well. Throw in regualr gameplay here and there and maybe a Welkin and you have a fair amount of pulls to work with.

But to be safe I would start with Ineffa. Since you can always get Columbina in 6.7. Where Ineffa goes to *"we have no idea when she comes back"* zone after 6.3. But I do think there is a reasonable chance you'll get both.

You can guarantee more than that if you go "no life mode" for ~month and 100% all maps.

I am currently in a 3w abyss challenge. I started 8 days ago, and already used 200 wishes.

So ye, going no life mode does give a lot of wishes per day if your world is plentiful, especially if you already have some characters built, the first few days were so... slow.

You already guaranteed to get one character with that 41 pity and 130 wish. If you grind Fontaine, Natlan and Nodkrai then I would say yes you can get both unless you go all the way to 80+ hard pity and lose 50 50 every single time. Which is unlikely but you will never know how will rng-god fuck you up.

Potentially relevant I think. Due to Capturing Radiance you are extremely unlikely to lose 3 50/50s in a row and impossible to lose 4 in a row.

Its basically mathematically improbable to go full hard pity 2 times over at 360 if I use the same rhetoric im statiscally more likely to get both in 2 pulls.

So let's make it flat 30 days before the banner ends (10 for Varesa and Xilo and 20 for Bina and Ineffa) that's 6 fates a day or 960 primos at abosolute max. If you consider starglitter build up from pulling im sure around 10 and that's at lowest its more like 15 from doing that many pulls in the one go.

So less than 5 fates a day gets you both (its more like 4.5 tbh.) And the way you've been saving you'll get em dw.

Yes it is possible but it will take an sickly amount of quest & exploration grind that isn't recommandable.

Thus, pick who ever you like the most or pick Ineffa since we won't see her back for a while and Colombina will have a rerun before (or at) 7.0.
Also, picking none is an option. At the end of the day, it depends on what appeal to you, like to play and your overall roster.

You can already guarantee one of them, guaranteeing the second is definitely doable. You will get around 70 pulls just from the new content in the first half of the patch. Maybe a bit less because you are probably not clearing theatre and abyss. You can easily get the rest from exploration. Natlan is pretty generous with primos, you can get them from sigil offerings. Nod-Krai gives you compasses almost immediately so you can quickly sweep the whole nation. Fontaine is pretty generous with chests. Ignore Mondstadt and Liyue (except the Chasm and Chenyu Vale) because the chests there give less primos and the sigils don't give wishes. Also now that the amount of reputation you get from the world quests is increased, you can get compasses in pre-Nod-Krai regions pretty quickly. You unlock the reputation system as you complete the AQ and then you can get the compasses for each region from reputation rewards. Once you unlock reputation, check the world quests that are not yet completed in the reputation screen, filter out those that are locked by daily commisions and calculate how much reputation you can get from them - it might be enough get the compass. You can also get 840 reputation a week from weekly bounties and commissions in pre-Natlan regions. Natlan is a bit different, it gives more reputation from world quests and weekly bounties and commissions but the reputatuion is split between 6 tribes and you need to reach max with 3 of them to get the compass.

Nope, unless you intend to play 16 hours every day for an entire month, you can't. There are no easy ways to get primogems, you need time to get them regardless. You can consider it like 1 primogem=1 minute of your time. You can save your primogems and choose wisely the characters, or spend money.

to guarantee gettign both, you need essentiavly saved up 360 wishes just in case you fail both times the 50/50..

So 41 pity and 130 wishes defienterly ins't enough and requires alot of luck, it will most likely be enough for you to guarantee Columbina, however, if you are already on guarantee, because your last 5s was already a 50/50 fail, then your chances stand much better.

Because then you will have already Columbina save within like the next 30-40 pulls and enough wishes left to go for ineffa and then only failing that 50/50 coudl ruin your chances, because if you fail that, then you dotn have enough remaining wishes/tiem left likely to try for Ineffa a second time, unless you buy yourself then the pulls to trigger the pity, before the banner is over.

Congrats ! Starting off so strong with Ineffa + Columbina duo, going to steamroll overworld so hard

180 on average for 2 5 star of your choice, you are pretty safe there imo
