The "ring of perfection" system for artifacts is fundamentally flawed because how did these trash artifacts with 2 dead substats get a "perfect" roll? (these are not my actual builds)
It just needs 5 substat hits, plus the correct (lit up) main stat, to proc the prismatic ring. The 5 substat hits includes lit up stats. For example, for all your images, you have 2 lit up substats. That means you only need 3 more procs on those stats, in order to get the prisma effect.
