Seeing where we are with the archon quests, we might be able to reveal something about the adventurer's guild and do something with this building soon.

Cyrus outside the building is a nice reminder. It also has the Mondstadt Adventurer's guild flag/sign(?). Also, (significant) Mondstadt buildings have signs on them. Cat's Tail has a cat sign. Angel's Share has a wine glass sign, Good Hunter has the spoon, fork, and plate sign, etc. Favonius Knights HQ has flags on it though, not a sign. The church doesn't need a sign.
Small trivia: Each nation's adventurer's guild have similar sigils- all having the compass-like design but have different designs. IIRC, Mondstadt has a tree in the middle while Sumeru's is a lotus flower (I think). I can't remember what the other's look like.
