I want to know the best team possible!!
I want to build two rosters. Elemental damage on peak. You can find the characters I have in the image below, and it would be great if you could tell me where I can get their ascension material or artifacts, or best weapons.

Shenhe, Skirk, Furina, Escoffier.
Ineffa, Flin, Columbina/Aino, Healer(Flex).
Durin, 1 (Hex Character) [eg. Fischl], Flex [eg. Varesa] , Healer(Flex) [Eg.Cheve]. (There will be more Hex Character like Alice, Nicole)
Lauma, Never, Columbina/Aino, Healer(Flex).
Neuvilette, Ineffa/Fischl/Mavuika, Kazu/Xilo/Citlali, Furina.
Other than that the 4 stars and con I think needed are Bennett, Cheve, Iansan, Fischl, Xingqiu, Shinobu, Faruzan etc.. I might missed some character.
Edit: I forgot Aino.
Edit 2: Pull Yelan just in case if you need another Xingqiu in another team.
You'll never need another Xingqiu in another team unless the situation call for it. And she have ER issues (c0) unlike XQ. (Fck whoever designed 0 energy for burst at the start challenge)
I disagree about Kazuha thou. Kazuha is useful for most of the time. Especially since he have Grouping, Shreding(vv) and Elemental Buff built all in one and have quick rotation too. Grouping let you manage those mod scattering/running much easier. He can do what other buffer like Cheve, Xilonen, Iansan can't do and fit in easily for most team comp.
EDIT: just thinking in terms of today's top teams, Mav melt, lunar charged with flins/ineffa, lunar bloom with nefer/lauma, overloaded with Varesa or with Arle, and Skirk/Escoffier freeze, which is where my evaluation of his usefulness comes from. Obviously his base kit is still great and when a new crop of top DPS come through for us he can come back into meta in a big way just right now the current crop of top teams struggle to slot him in.
Sucrose is kinda restrictive as an universal buffer sometimes can't replace Xilonen when it needed but Kazuha can.
True that most meta team comp nowadays have their specific supports. Good things every team doesn't need Bennett now.
Kazuha's buffs take a bit of thinking and planning to activate properly, that's why he wasn't commonly on Hu Tao teams for example (can't easily swirl pyro unless you bring a second pyro). Double swirl setups take thinking and planning in particular for melt and vape teams as I mentioned due to inopportune reactions clearing the elements, which is why other units tend to be an easier fit. Furina for damage buffs and vape application (plus a good amount of personal damage), or Xilonen since the main melt team that people use typically include Mav.
His bread and butter on Neuvi teams was due to how easy it was to swirl with hydro and electro but now that slot tends to prefer lunar reactions with either Ineffa or Lauma both competing for the slot, and if I was gonna recommend a character for a new player it'd be Ineffa over Kazuha easily. The old pure hypercarry Neuvi is not as strong as Neuvi with sub-dps when the sub-dps is a lunar unit.
His buffs suffer from a relatively short cooldown, which is why he tends to get set aside in favor of Chevy who's res shred is braindead, or Esco/Skirk. It's a shame since freeze used to be one of Kazuha's bread and butter comps prior to Esco.
Sucrose has the same restrictions as Kazuha, except unlike him her EM share doesn't rely on swirling the correct elements (just swirling any elements) to activate so it is easier to apply, and her buffs apply to Lunar reactions which his does not (unless c2 Kazuha but we'll assume all 5\* are c0 for this discussion). She does suffer from shorter cooldowns than Kazoo but the teams currently using anemo are lunar charged mostly and they don't want Kazuha because they don't benefit from dmg% buffs.
I adore him. I really do. The meta will likely swing back into his favor later on. His kit is still quite strong. But he's struggling because there's lots of other choices being thrown at new players that raise the damage threshold beyond what Kazuha can keep up with without more work. That's what I mean about not recommending him to newer players. He isn't bad at all.
Also maybe because of the 1 year waiting for Kazuha trauma comes in play since I skipped his debut banner. He and Xilonen are the buffer that grab them while you can type of supports. Just feels like they are not the type you would regret pulling for.
