Their most likely referencing that one twitter drama where there's a dude that's accusing kuro of using ai. But it turns out that the dude lied and kinda used ai to alter the image kuro posted.
Either way, wouldn't really take this channel seriously. It's one of those grifter channel that barely, if ever . Do things in good faith.
A big example is the channel trying to critique zzz giving out Vivian skin before despite admitting to never playing zzz, so they lack any context to even talk about it. As well as making 2 videos and 1post on the Duolingo Collab genshin had, which no one cared about

Yeah, like it's always possible that Hoyo crosses a line and starts using AI but I won't be looking to reaction channels for proof. Come to Reddit with receipts.
