You need Furina for Neuvilette.

Kinich just put whatever the situation called for with Kinich, Sub DPS(eg. Xiangling), Buffer/Sub DPS(eg. Furina), Buffer Healer(Bennett).

Not sure i can help with neuvi cuz I don't own him but for kinich for now u can use kinich, xianling or durin (sub dps), benet(but u gotta stay in the radius by controlling his skill) and iansan (works well with moving chara like veresa, mavika and kinich) for buffing, buring team

And yes furina is a must for both teams in a way

Kinich should get Iansan, Bennett and Durin. Neuv can take Xilonen, Fischl and then either sucrose or ororon

- Neuv Hyperbloom (nahida, neuv, collei/dendro mc, kuki)
- Kinich (durin, iansan, kinich, bennett)

Try to get furina when she reruns for neuv, or ineffa on her upcoming rerun (great subdps)
