Still the best way to get any significant amounts , there are chests in the Liyue bank and Nefers office too but besides those chests give you peanuts most of the time

Just think of Resin for Mora as part of the process for building characters. Building multiple characters is anyways a bad choice

It’s just that I have a long list of characters waiting to be built i need to farm artifact for nuvi arlecchino furina alhaitham xilo nahida and some other future Luna characters that I want to get for alhaitham and I have talents and bosses to farm too

That's the problem just concentrate on one at a time , there is no single quick way to get mora besides those already posted ( unless you but them from the shop which is a bigger waste ) it just takes time

1) Mora leylines (duh)
2) Be AR60 (24k mora extra each day)
3) Mora expiditions 25\~32.5K mora a day
4) Artifact route \~20k mora for 15\~25min
5) Elite monster route anywhere between 80k and 400k mora a day depending on how much time you are willing to invest, most routes take around 90min for about 150k mora (the 400k would be a full time job btw)
6) Random event, caps at 10 a day for 10\~20k mora a day (takes 5\~10min)
7) BP/shop, but not f2p friendly obviously

On a sidenote, with the artifact route, you can also break fodder artifacts into mora, making that \~20k mora into \~90k mora.

converting the fodder artifacts into mora, no, as the artifact xp is way more limited then mora, but if you don't plan to level artifacts it might. really depends on how desperate you are for mora.

Very good list. Probably worth noting that artifact routes give more mora if you convert obtained artifacts into mora. I do artifact route with route extensions (apam woods bubbles etc) and when I convert every obtained artifact at the end, my total mora goes up by almost 100k. Without extensions I assume you would get 70-80k.

Dear god 400k max what are we assuming 66 alt characters liam and rocky ready. Tbf under that assumption (ar 45 alts) assuming they are parked at rocky and you spend 2 minutes including entering the world it shouldn't take more than 2.5 hours

well if you have 66 alts, it would only take that amount of time yeah, but most people don't have alts. so you would be reliant on random co-op for that. in which case you have to hope people let you join in the first place, furthermore you'll ave to be able to kill those two with only two characters (or 1 if anohter person is in the world)
finding open worlds would take the most time for that 400k

Liam isn't an issue even at high ar if you have ganyu, the real issue is rocky imo, but ye finding worlds... Assuming 3 minutes per world and only Liam that would be 7.5 hours which tracks with the full time job allegations

Artifact routes give around 100k+ if you add the mora from selling the artifacts.
There's also doing the daily 10 random events but it only gives 17k average. It's more about the friendship exp though.

I'll list the sources I personally use, since I don't spend resin on Mora
Daily Mora outside of daily commission rewards
1. Artifact runs - check out Graph on youtube. Mora route + extension is about 120-130k when destroying 1 and 2 star artifacts.
2. Local legends. Liam and Rock drops 3k each, the other 3 drops 1.2k each
3. Random event quest. drops between 1-2k per clear, 10 per day. Great way for friendship farming as well. I use [https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Warden\_of\_Konda](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Warden_of_Konda) with Ganyu.
Yesterday 1,2 and 3 combined gave me 151,755 mora.
4. Expedition
When BP is not completed I run 4 mora on 20h with the +25% characters with the 5th on mining.
So 20k per day if 4, 25k if 5 + 1250 mora per +25% character. For me that is Yelan, Shenhe, Kuki, Faruzan and Nefer. So my income is 31250 mora from there.
Weekly/Monthly Mora
1. Teapot, 2400 coins = 200k mora
2. Paimon shop, 300 stardust = 300k mora
