Mostly the pattern on the puffy sleeve (completely different from the game and just nonsensical) and the vertical stripes on the undershirt having varying width and not following up after the bow. Character also doesn't have a red bow in her hair.

In case of doubt always check accessories and patterns. AI cannot generate proper patterns or metal details, they turn out messy and merged, just like here. Red cloth, shoulder pattern, collar and belt details don't make sense if you look at the original design and compare
