Amber not being included in hexirei is criminal! It seems like Hoyo forgot this important lore along with everyone else:

*Amber knows magic!* Sure, ok, it was Lisa who taught her, but if Razor gets in because of Varka then Amber should get to be in too. Like just give her an Honorary Witch title. Or Knights of Favonious Occultrider. C'mon. :(

I mean… Lisa isn’t classified Hexerei herself and Varka probably will

If I recall correctly, Lisa was invited to the Hexenzirkel but declined because she's too lazy to deal with all that stuff. She probably also didn't get a buff because she was too lazy to do the coursework.

Lisa was invited to join the Hexenzirkel, but declined. She doesn't WANT to be a member!

I'm sorry that humor offends you. /s

If Amber gets a buff, it'll be with the Knight of Favonius. Lisa herself didn't get buffed with Hexerei, so why should Amber?

To be fair i don't see Amber having anything to do with the Hexenzircle

Sure are a lot of Amber haters out there and/or people that don't see the "fluff" flair damn.
