[LUNA IV] Dottore will NOT open up the fake sky
In the recent trailer, we see some circular objects seemingly consuming Nod Krai. From the outside, they look highly technological, with all those intricate textures.

I think these represent Dottore’s domains, his own fabricated worlds. Essentially, he’s trying to imitate the Heavenly Principles, exerting control over everyone trapped inside these bubbles. It’s like he’s attempting to “swallow Nod Krai,” as the trailer hints.

I also get the feeling that the boss domain itself exists within one of Dottore’s domains. How else did this huge hand thing come out of nowhere? Don't tell me Dottore just built that hand beneath Nod Krai or something. And suddenly we are all the way up in the sky? It would perfectly make sense if this was his own world where he is in control of reality. Hell, this "hand" could belong to his own godly statue if there's one.

The red, blocky sky that he tears open isn’t the fake sky of Teyvat, it’s the artificial sky of his own creation, inside his own bubble world. We’ve seen the same red, blocky structures inside the fake world of Natlan’s Great Volcano which means *any* artificial bubble will have these same fake sky glitches

That means even the moon revealed behind Dottore in the trailer isn’t Teyvat’s real moon, it’s a fake one. He opens up his own domain's sky to show that the group is inside his world along with the whole Nod Krai. At least, that’s my theory.

I mean, I see where you're coming from and considering we already know what an opening in THE false sky looks like in game from Natlan (which shows more red in the starry area in the back though the block reddish structures lining the opening are the same) and they don't quite match up, the idea that we're in a domain that Dottore created isn't out of the realm of possibility. I just don't think those domes necessarily were made by Dottore.
At 3:24 Sandrone specifically seems to just call it energy field
At 4:11 we also see the crack specifically in such a field, and it looks different to the one dottore opens up at 4:35
And from that moment, it also seems the gang gets transported from Nasha Town.
With all of that, I'm more inclined to think that Dottore uses the power of "Space" to change locations here, as he himself said that all of the primordial powers are now his
I think it's more possible that it is up in the sky like the airborne workshop in Tribal Chronicles involving Chasca. That thing was massive, and it remained hidden in the sky. Dottore could have that hand built and anchored into the sky later on.
