Traveler ages post Archon Quest Ch.5, Act 6
The lore of the Wings of Descension state:
>It was indeed so-
In your long journey, you have seen the birth and death of stars as they passed you by,
Scattering the darkness briefly before being consumed once more.
Which made me (and others if previous reddit posts back in the day are anything to go by) think that the Travelers had lived and experienced potentially millions of years of time (or at least a hundred thousand), but given what we learn in Archon Quest Ch. 5, Act 6: A Space and Time for You (and in dialogue in Nod Krai) with the ship being a "Hibernation Chamber" and all, that seems to no longer be the case.
If they really were hibernating while traveling between worlds, then they wouldn't have seen "the birth and death of stars as they passed you by". Because they'd be asleep while the stars passed them by.
While *technically* they'd still be ancient, they wouldn't have actually *experienced* the potentially hundreds of thousands of years they existed (which I personally find a bit disappointing).
Unless I've missed or misinterpreted something.

But also just because they have a hibernation chamber does not mean it is used for every trip. Anyone who has gazed up at the cosmos even irl has witnessed the death of a star. Most of the stars you see in the night sky are dead.
The game doesn't explicitly state just how old they are, so it's all conjecture at this stage. They did mention a few times that they are older than they appear, but nothing more concrete than that.
Traveler was very clearly speaking as tho they should have a normal human life span.
So chances are they most likely have been awake and aware for a lot of that time, we also don't know how many worlds the twins have visited before Teyvat and how many adventures they have had together. Could be they sleep during the flights but they would have been awake in the adventures
