Albedo is my favorite and i want to maximize him

I have c2 albedo and he is by far my favorite character. What are team comps that he works really well in?
If you give a meta pick please add an alternate character that could do the same job, i havent played since 2022.

Are you using him as a main dps or sub dps?

I use mono geo which is a very common team comp but also expensive asf because it has two other limited 5* and I have Gorou c6. In mono geo I use albedo as a sub dps + battery for itto

Albedo recently got a buff. You need to do a quest to unlock it though.

I have hexrei albedo and can get the rest except the newest guy.

I would like to main dps with him (i know it's not smart) but ill also enjoy some sub dps options.

I have basically every character that came out before itto

Like Durin, Albedo, Bennett and Navia is a really nice offshoot team that does well. Seen that with Ningguang too at C6 with Widisth but requires understanding of her kit and timing

I have c2 albedo as well, with buffs. From what I’ve tested his best partner is hands down Durin, and they are so fun to play together. Navia with Bennett works well, I’ve used them with other sub DPS like Ineffa, or Emilie plus a fourth slot just for fun.
I also run around with them Citlali and Escoffier with DPS mode Durin to farm items.

Fischl is another partner you can try, and Klee. Maybe Mona in specific scenarios, like with dendro and electro for weird hyperbloom. Not sure how strong that is though.

Anytime I get a new character or take a while off, I always like to YouTube “X character build and teams”, and listen to a couple videos.

Really helps me understand how the character plays, their intricacies, how to build, and great team comps.

Which would probably answer all of your questions.

But that’s just me.

Albedo c1, Love him so much. Made him a "main dps" for the overworld with Bennet, Fischl and Sucrose.

Probably a Witch team empowered by Xilonen.
She's the best at Buffing Geo DMG and there are no real alternatives.

Something like Klee / Bennet / Xilonen / Albedo should be quite efficient.
Not a top tier team, but pretty good.

Something Mona would be even more personal DMG on him, Not sure about the best Carry here tho.

The latest power duo always works: Ineffa / Columbina and Albedo / Sucrose.
Actually cool team as it uses 2x Lunar Reactions but has pretty low Albedo personal damage.
His EM buff is very valuable here tho.

Well chances are there you already own Klee, and the others are good pull value and show up next patch which means you only really missing Xilonen.

As long as she has a Geo Sampler, yes. And she has one from having Albedo in the party.
However you cannot use a 3rd Geo Char as that disables her passive allowing her to Res Shred in the first place.

Yeah, you need at least 2 Not Geo or Anemo Characters for her to work.
