Any viable Columbina teams without any 5-Star Nod-Krai? I don't plan on pulling Ineffa or Lauma.

It's not enough to make up for not having Lauma/Ineffa. If you don't have one of those two, then you're better off with basically any other hydro subDPS/support.

Aino's a mediocre subDPS, who has no lunar reaction buffs until C6.
C0 Columbina's only NK resonance buff is that her E range increases. Unless you're using her specifically against the NK zombies, you're literally better off ignoring NK resonance and using basically any other sub DPS other than Aino.
Also, Aino's only general purpose buff is 80em with C1. 80EM is nice, but it's not so nice that it justifies running Aino over, I don't know, Furina. Or Yelan.
Columbina has some nice lunar reaction buffs, yes, but if she's literally the only character on the team boosting the lunar gimmick, you're better off with another sub DPS/support that actually synergizes with the rest of the team.

If you don't care about "best in slot", then literally nothing matters. Forget Aino, forget teambuilding, just slap Columbina in a mono Anemo team and call it a day.
If you don't have another Nod Krai 5\*, you're better off using any other hydro subDPS, unless you're bringing Columbina specifically against a gimmick.
And, again. Even in your scenario in which you don't care about "optimum", and just *really really* want to use Columbina, Aino is still contributing next to nothing. Unless you're specifically fighting NK Zombies which require NK resonance, you're better off leaving Columbina as the solo NK, and just run Furina/XQ/Yelan instead of Aino.

It'd work, but not because of Columbina.
Aino is unnecessary unless you're fighting the Nod Krai zombie enemies. In any other situation, just bring XQ/Yelan - Shinobu would struggle to keep up with Furina alone.
What that team really wants is Lauma replacing Aino, but she won't get a rerun for another couple months.

Without any Nod krai 5\* your next best bet is some kind of Geo crystalize team with Navia/ Xilonen but since you don't have Geo characters either... ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯
Honestly looking at your account your best move right now would to be actually... roll for Varesa who's on banner right now. You can whip togheter a team with her, Iansan, Chevreuse, Pyro traveler and it would work extremely well. Varesa is an amazing unit and probably the most underatted unit in the game right now. Very strong dps, fun to play, versatile team building with cheap team building option, and extremely good open world mobility that you will not get from any Nod krai characters.

Columbina without other NK 5\*s is really only useful for checking Nod Krai gimmick boxes.
If you want to damage NK zombies grey bar directly, run Columbina and Aino, and you're good to go.
For any other purpose, basically any other hydro Sub DPS is better.
