Zibai needs Columbina
You can only pull one
Therefore it's better if you skip and save for another archetype at this point

Columbina will just be an okay hydro sub dps without the Furina buff which is of value in of itself. Its just that Ineffa is so superior without any 5 star NK units along vs Columbina same with Lauma btw.
Zibai definelty has Columbina has her bis for Hydro so if your going for Zibai then yeah it would be worth it in that sense. Just dont except her to be amazing right out of the gate vs Ineffa as she just has a wet tissue (Aino) Boom 40k dps off field with the new upcoming set. In fact any hydro basically same thing applies.
If youre a new account i would personally just get Ineffa and ive have no issues with in game content. Thats what I did because she was my first and still by far the best character on my account 6 months later. Doing the same again.
Very non committal, gigantic off field damage dealer, highly versatile, shielder, em buffer, takes care of Lunar Mechanics, easy asf to build. Aino is free and Sucrose is free boom there's a team to completely annihilate everything very very quickly i mean it sht would be OP day one onwards.
