If I don’t have any Nod Krai characters right now but am thinking of getting some, who would be a better character for my account, Ineffa or Columbina?
I only got 130 primos and idk if I want to spend them all trying to get both of them

Not really? Columbina enables ALL Lunar reactions. So she’s a better generalist pull if you are lacking lunar characters. She’ll help more for lunar checks than any other character. And even without a lunar team, Columbina being an offield hydro is more then enough to make her a pick for other teams since she can apply offield hydro

she will not enable anything substantial bcs she's worse than the reaction support for each lunar reactions
lauma, and ineffa themselves can deal w lunar check without the dps themselves. bina is the 2nd pull that makes them stronger. not a single nk dps wants bina first before their tailored support, what makes u think it's not the same for others

Ineffa, Columbina needs another 5\* Nod Krai character (notably Ineffa or Lauma) to make use of her full kit.
You can make her work with Aino or Jahoda (or on her own) but the team will be underwhelming.
Would pull Bina on a rerun if you still want her. But I personally think Ineffa and Lauma take priority since they're pretty strong and are likely to remain useful past 6.x

If you want a character who can facilitate all Lunar reactions, then pull Columbina. Lunar reactions being Hydro-based and Columbina being Hydro means you can pretty much use all of them as long as you have Columbina in the team.
Ineffa is great if you want sustain and she's also a great support for Lunar-charged, especially if you have another Nod-Krai character (you can get Aino for free). She's a good support for Electro-charged too afaik.

Ineffa. Colombina will rerun sooner but we don’t know when Ineffa is coming back. Ineffa is much more versatile in practice than she appears, and Colombina needs other 5* Nod Krai to make a significant impact in your team’s damage.
Lunar charge and Lunsr bloom do the same damage as electrocharge and crystallize, so her converting them and buffing them a bit is, passable but the other 5* characters are the ones that give the lunar reactions strength. And Ineffa is her best partner if you don’t have anyone else yet. So you can get Columbina on her rerun this version.

Neither character is bad, but Columbina is more likely to rerun sooner than Ineffa. So if you want both, pull Ineffa now and Bina later

I have Ineffa. She has enabled so many runs for me through abyss and IT.
Columbina, I am not sure what to say. Her final kit will be the decisive factor, aka tallying up the modifiers for Levelling up and passive skills

depends on which dps you want to go for. ineffa if you plan to pull flins, columbina if you want zibai, and for nefer save for her and lauma's reruns. but if you want to have fun, columbina lets you do all 3 lunar reactions

Ineffa is the better choice if you currently dont have any other 5 star Nod Krai chars. Inefa+ plus hydro chars can zap enemies fast to death. For example, I used her at C0 + Furina + 2 random supports to kill the Robot Duck boss in IT and helped alot to defeat the Pyro Abyss mages (stage 9) in perfect time.
You can get Columbina when she reruns which probably will happen in 6 months after her banner ends.
Columbina kinda really wants fellow Nod-Krai char in team but not everyone wants to use Aino xD. Unless you have enough pulls and thinking about going for Zibai, go for Columbina. Zibai technically is not from Nod Krai but does geo lunar damage.

Yet for meta Bina + Aino | Jahoda = won't do amazing damage, if you want big numbers you want at least Bina + Ineffa (very good wheelchair for almost everyone) and then Zibai as DPS.
